This study is testing a new combination of medicines for advanced bowel cancer. It aims to see how safe and effective a new drug, telisotuzumab adizutecan, is when given with standard treatments. The study will look at side effects and whether the cancer activity changes.

A Randomized, Active-Controlled, Double-blind, Multicenter, Phase 3 Clinical Study of Ivonescimab in Combination with FOLFOX versus Bevacizumab in Combination with FOLFOX for the First-line Treatment of Metastatic Colorectal Cancer (HARMONi-GI3)
This study is looking at a new treatment called ivonescimab, given with standard chemotherapy (FOLFOX), for bowel cancer that has spread. We compare it to another treatment (bevacizumab) also with FOLFOX, to see which works best at stopping the cancer from growing.
